EU Consumer Rights

Contract: The purchase agreement is concluded upon our order confirmation 
email. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Your rights as an EU consumer:
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt of goods, no reason required 
  (see Return & Refund Policy for details)
- Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery
- In case of non-conformity: right to repair, replacement, price reduction, 
  or full refund

Customized/personalized products (e.g. laser-engraved items) are exempt 
from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Governing law: Bulgarian law and applicable EU legislation. 
Competent court: District Court of Burgas, Bulgaria.
