At Nadin's Leather Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your handmade leather piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at nadinleather@yahoo.com with your order number
- We will provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us first to check availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
