At Nadin's Leather Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Your Right to Return – 14 Days
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of return, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at nadin@nadinsleather.com or via our contact form. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Personalised or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
We refund the full price of the item including the original standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at nadin@nadinsleather.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days
